These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stylantir (the "bot", "service"), an automated member verification service for Discord servers. By completing verification or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Stylantir helps Discord server administrators verify that new members are legitimate, human users before granting them full access to a server. This involves an automated check (such as a security challenge) and a risk assessment based on information described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be eligible to use Discord under Discord's own Terms of Service, including its minimum age requirements, to use Stylantir. Use of the service is also subject to the rules of the specific Discord server you are verifying in.

If we or a server's administrators reasonably believe an account has violated these Terms or poses a security risk, we may deny, revoke, or block that account's verification, including on a permanent basis, and may share relevant verification activity with the administrators of servers using the bot.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that verification or risk assessment will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will catch every malicious or automated account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
We may update the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
